About the job
Supports the Director of Housekeeping by overseeing daily housekeeping operations, staff, quality standards, inventory, scheduling, and guest service at a resort.
What you'll do
- Supervise housekeeping operations and inspect guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and quality.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and evaluation; monitor labor levels and support payroll oversight.
- Manage supplies and records, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and address guest service issues.
