About the job
Assists with the daily operation of Beach House restaurant, leading front-of-house teams and supporting guest service, staffing, labor management, and restaurant performance.
What you'll do
- Lead shifts, communicate service priorities, monitor service flow, and address guest needs.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor and cost controls, and team hiring, training, and development.
- Maintain service standards, food safety, sanitation, operational procedures, and coordination with culinary leadership.
