About the job
Cleans and maintains guest rooms and assigned areas, helping ensure a safe, comfortable hotel stay.
What you'll do
- Clean and sanitize assigned guest areas; change and inspect linens and towels according to the Green Program.
- Maintain and properly stock the work cart, use equipment and guest amenities appropriately, and care for equipment.
- Engage with guests, follow safety standards, and report hazards or other issues.

- Ability to communicate effectively and read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
- Ability to move and position oneself to clean corners and high places, navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces, and operate cleaning equipment.
