Sets up and tends the banquet bar, prepares and serves beverages, processes guest payments, and helps set up and clear banquet rooms.
What you'll do
- Stock and maintain the bar, including beverages, garnishes, and perishables.
- Prepare, present, and serve drinks; record orders and handle payments and cash security.
- Help prepare banquet rooms and clear and tear them down after events.
