Leads banquet service and event setup, ensuring rooms, food, and beverage service are prepared and delivered to guests while supporting the Banquet Manager and banquet staff.
What you'll do
- Directs banquet room setup, service, and breakdown, including food and beverage preparation and table service.
- Leads hourly banquet servers and housemen, coordinates event service, and monitors guest satisfaction.
- Maintains clean, organized work areas and storerooms; addresses guest concerns and observes safety issues.
