What you'll do
- Direct banquet room setup and teardown, including table settings, break stations, cleaning, and storeroom organization.
- Lead banquet servers and housemen and coordinate food and beverage service during events.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, respond to requests or issues, and maintain safety awareness.
