What you'll do
- Lead banquet staff and coordinate event setup, food and beverage service, and room breakdown.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and chefs; monitor event quality and guest satisfaction, and address issues.
- Train and guide staff, conduct event briefings and evaluations, and maintain clean, organized event areas.
