About the job
Supervises and participates in banquet setup, service, and breakdown, leading the team to deliver events that meet guest and client needs.
What you'll do
- Supervise banquet staff and event setup, preparation, service, and teardown; conduct pre-event and staff meetings and provide training.
- Coordinate with guests, event organizers, conference managers, and other departments; respond to requests and ensure timely event service and safety standards.
- Support banquet operations through paperwork, room and equipment checks, service standards, schedules, and closing function checks.
