Manages banquet service operations at The Belgrove Resort, leading staff and ensuring events meet client preferences and hotel service standards.
What you'll do
- Oversee banquet service staff and execution of Banquet Event Orders; inspect function rooms and report issues.
- Guide and develop staff, monitor performance, and uphold service, facility, and operational standards.
- Communicate with clients and participate in department meetings to support guest satisfaction and event operations.
