What you'll do
- Direct event operations from setup through breakdown, coordinating event plans, service, room transitions, and client requests.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and coach banquet associates, applying the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
- Monitor labor, payroll, inventory, event documentation, safety, and departmental expenses.
