Banquet Prep Cook

What you'll do

• Prepare cold items, salads, side dishes, appetizers, sauces, and other food products; wash and chop vegetables and cut meat.
• Set up workstations, store food properly, monitor ingredient quality and stock, and help minimize food waste.
• Develop cooking skills and support kitchen preparation for cafeteria, banquets, dining room, and fine dining.

What they ask for

• Active Food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to work varied day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift at least 50 pounds, and be at least 21 years of age.

Pay

$20.00 - $20.00 USD base salary
