About the job
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other menu items while providing personalized guest service at a resort.
What you'll do
- Prepare beverages and menu offerings according to recipes and quality standards; advise guests on selections.
- Operate beverage equipment and POS systems, process payments, and respond to guest requests or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and sanitary service area; assist with opening and closing procedures.
