- Oversee daily beach and tram operations, including rentals, equipment setup and maintenance, and transportation.
- Train and develop staff; manage scheduling and maintain service, safety, environmental, and presentation standards.
- Resolve guest concerns and collaborate with resort leadership and Recreation departments on operations and cross-functional support.
