Oversees daily beach services, staff, equipment, and guest experience while supporting safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible resort operations.
What you'll do
- Oversee beach setup, guest services, equipment, and cleanliness; inspect and maintain beach equipment.
- Supervise beach attendants and tram cart drivers, including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and training.
- Address guest concerns, enforce safety and environmental standards, coordinate with other departments, and maintain operational logs and reports.
