Supervise the bell team and welcome, escort, and assist resort guests with luggage while sharing information about the property and local area.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests, assist with vehicle doors and luggage, and escort them to check-in and their rooms while explaining resort amenities.
- Train and mentor bell attendants and help coordinate special events affecting guest arrivals and departures.
- Help keep the entrance area clean and organized and provide attentive guest service.
