Provides courteous guest service at the resort by welcoming guests, handling luggage and packages, giving directions, and coordinating requests with hotel teams.
What you'll do
- Greet guests and assist with luggage, storage, deliveries, and packages as requested.
- Provide information and directions about hotel amenities, services, and events; coordinate with Front Desk and Valet.
- Maintain and organize lobby and bell areas, and log luggage trips and deliveries.
