About the job
Completes general hotel maintenance requests, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs while communicating with guests and employees.
What you'll do
- Complete general maintenance requests and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, surface, tile, and grout work.
- Perform preventative maintenance, maintain organized logs, and conduct duty rounds using daily checklists.
- Maintain a safe, clean workspace and tool inventory; follow safety protocols and assist other trades as needed.
