What you'll do
- Complete guest and employee maintenance requests and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, surface, and fixture work.
- Perform preventative maintenance, duty rounds, and assigned work orders; maintain organized logs and report or correct problems.
- Interact with guests and employees, follow safety protocols, and maintain tools and a clean workspace.

- At least one year of maintenance experience, such as in hotels, home repair, hospitals, offices, or apartment complexes.
- Skilled in using hand, power, and diagnostic tools.
