About the job
Serves as the primary host for guests in South Seas’ luxury private homes, arranging personalized services and experiences before, during, and after their stay.
What you'll do
- Coordinate guest preferences, arrival preparations, reservations, transportation, activities, and special occasions.
- Respond to guest needs and concerns, coordinate with resort departments, and follow through on service recovery.
- Track concierge activity and promote resort enhancements and experiences to support ancillary revenue goals.
