Prepares and serves food across kitchen stations and restaurant operations at a hotel and conference center.
What you'll do
- Prepare menu items according to standard recipes and assist with kitchen prep and service.
- Receive and store food requisitions; inspect refrigeration and dry storage for safe handling and rotation.
- Set up, clean, and break down kitchen stations, and assist other hotel kitchens as needed.
