Prepares and presents food for a hotel’s dining and banquet services while maintaining an organized, clean, and sanitary kitchen workstation.
What you'll do
- Prepare dishes according to the Chef’s standard recipes and presentation requirements; complete mise en place before service.
- Set up a la carte stations and perform banquet, kitchen line, and prep functions as directed.
- Clean and organize the workstation and maintain a sanitary kitchen in compliance with health codes.
