What you'll do
- Oversee beverage operations, menus, service standards, promotions, and compliance across hotel outlets and events.
- Manage beverage budgets, P&L, forecasting, inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost controls.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop beverage leaders and teams; uphold service, safety, and quality standards.
