What you'll do
- Maintain hotel building systems, equipment, guest rooms, and public and back-of-house areas; oversee inspections, repairs, and emergency response.
- Develop and lead the Engineering team and preventative maintenance program; manage vendors, departmental expenses, purchasing, inventory, and records.
- Support capital projects and ensure compliance with safety requirements, building codes, company policies, and brand standards.
