What you'll do
- Support daily operations, establish SOPs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements to the General Manager.
- Coordinate department leaders, guest-service improvements, staff development, and operational meetings.
- Support budgets, cost controls, staffing, compliance, and strategies to grow Rooms and Food & Beverage revenue and profitability.
