About the job
Provides strategic and hands-on leadership for South Seas Resort’s food and beverage outlets, overseeing operations, teams, guest experience, and financial performance.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily operations, service standards, compliance, and performance across restaurants, bars, lounges, pool venues, grab-and-go, and seasonal outlets.
- Recruit, coach, and develop outlet managers and teams; engage with guests and address concerns.
- Drive outlet revenue and profitability through budgeting, forecasting, labor and inventory controls, and partnership with culinary and resort departments.
