What you'll do
- Develop and execute the hotel’s sales business plan, prospect for new business, and grow revenue across key market segments.
- Manage strategic accounts and partnerships; collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing, forecasting, segmentation, and channel performance.
- Lead and develop the sales team, monitor market and competitor activity, and present forecasts and sales reports to leadership and ownership.
