Washes, polishes, stores, and disposes of kitchen and banquet items while cleaning culinary areas and preparing equipment and supplies for events.
What you'll do
- Wash, polish, and organize dishware, cookware, silver, and serving utensils.
- Clean kitchen equipment, floors, trashcans, dish machines, and other culinary areas; dispose of garbage and cardboard.
- Prepare banquet plate-ups, dish-outs, and hot boxes, and keep safety stations stocked.
