About the job
Performs preventive maintenance, basic repairs, inspections, and emergency responses for hotel equipment, systems, guest rooms, and property grounds.
What you'll do
- Respond to guest repair requests and perform scheduled or urgent maintenance, including basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and equipment repairs.
- Inspect property systems and equipment, maintain inventory and logs, and verify or adjust automated HVAC controls.
- Service the pool and grounds, follow safety procedures, and communicate maintenance activities and issues across shifts.
