Maintains and repairs hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems while supporting the property’s preventive maintenance program.
What you'll do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems and equipment.
- Repair appliances, plumbing fixtures, woodwork, walls, doors, windows, and carpeting.
- Keep maintenance logs and records and submit reports as requested.
