About the job
Oversees daily resort engineering and maintenance operations, leads the engineering team, and performs hands-on repairs to keep building systems, guest rooms, and public areas safe and functional.
What you'll do
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work, preventive maintenance, inspections, and work-order documentation.
- Lead and train engineering team members and perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Support safety and code compliance, respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, and collaborate on projects and energy-saving initiatives.
