Plans and coordinates group events and catering at Rand Tower Hotel while developing catering sales and accounts to meet revenue goals.
What you'll do
- Coordinate event details from contract signing through execution, including client needs, banquet event orders, and communication with hotel departments.
- Develop catering business through direct sales, account growth, lead follow-up, referrals, and group rebooking.
- Upsell banquet menus, support budgeting and forecasting, and manage client relationships and account records.
