Assists with leading The Wigwam’s food and beverage operation, supporting service quality, cost control, staff development, and efficient outlet operations.
What you'll do
- Share event information with supervised staff and communicate food and beverage capabilities to other departments and clients.
- Maintain food, beverage, and service standards while implementing cost controls and using inventory, receiving, and product-utilization systems.
- Support hiring and training, encourage employee engagement, respond to guest needs, and assist across food and beverage outlets.
