Assists with managing food and beverage outlets and banquet operations, service quality, costs, purchasing, inventory, and revenue performance.
What you'll do
- Support attentive and efficient service across F&B outlets, room service, lounge, and banquets while monitoring payroll and overhead costs.
- Oversee banquet operations and handle purchasing, beverage inventory, sales reviews, POS reporting, and menu analysis.
- Coordinate staff communication and meetings, maintain operating records and procedures, and support revenue-improvement promotions.
