About the job
Maintains and oversees the resort’s buildings, guest areas, mechanical systems, and engineering operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, staff supervision, and capital projects.
What you'll do
- Inspect and oversee maintenance of resort buildings, guest areas, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and related equipment.
- Supervise engineering staff, schedules, training, and maintenance work; support repairs, renovations, and capital projects.
- Manage preventive maintenance, energy management, safety procedures, water treatment, purchasing controls, and related reporting.
