Performs hotel facilities maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep across building systems, equipment, and guest-facing areas.
What you'll do
- Maintains mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; repairs appliances, wiring, air conditioning, plumbing fixtures, and piping.
- Repairs woodwork, walls, doors, windows, and carpeting, and performs maintenance on pumps, compressors, water heaters, and other equipment.
- Maintains task logs and records and submits requested reports on time.
