Performs hotel maintenance, repairs, guest-request support, work orders, and preventative maintenance at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center.
What you'll do
- Resolve guest problems and requests; identify issues, initiate and complete work orders, and make repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance, maintain logs, and complete duty rounds checklists, reporting and correcting problems.
- Use office equipment and safety systems; test pool chemicals and maintain pool equipment.

- Knowledge of household repairs, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, and push/pull throughout a shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
