Supports hotel facilities operations by supervising the maintenance team and helping maintain, repair, and protect the property, equipment, and grounds.
What you'll do
- Respond to and resolve guest maintenance requests; assist with supervising, training, and supporting the facilities team.
- Maintain property and equipment through repair and preventative maintenance, and coordinate with outside contractors.
- Manage engineering supplies, parts, inventories, purchase orders, and property operations records.
