What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate food and beverage staff, including training, shift meetings, and service standards.
- Open and close the restaurant, assist with service roles, and resolve guest issues.
- Manage outlet profitability, payroll and equipment costs, inventory, and POS transactions.
