What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Front Desk Agents and Shuttle Drivers; oversee training, coaching, career planning, and recognition.
- Manage annual budget, labor costs, spending accounts, monthly Profit & Loss reviews, room inventory, rates, and occupancy forecasting.
- Ensure professional guest service, resolve guest concerns, coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping, and participate in Revenue Optimization Committee meetings.
