What you'll do
- Supervise housekeeping staff, assign work, inspect rooms and property areas, and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
- Support scheduling, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management; assist with cleaning and laundry when needed.
- Coordinate room status and guest concerns with other departments and act as senior on-property leader during assigned Manager on Duty shifts.
