About the job
Maintains and repairs the Marriott Colorado Springs’ building systems and guest areas, completing preventive maintenance and responding to work orders to keep the property safe and operational.
What you'll do
- Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and document tasks and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and communicate professionally with hotel teams and guests.
