What you'll do
- Manage group room blocks, housing requests, booking records, cutoff dates, and rooming lists using Delphi and PMS systems.
- Coordinate with sales, conference planning, and revenue teams; review contracts and lead weekly group pickup meetings.
- Support guest service and revenue objectives, resolve concerns, and provide reporting and data analytics.
