Performs dishwashing, sanitation, waste removal, and basic kitchen support while following health and safety standards.
What you'll do
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, back-of-house areas, equipment, dishes, and utensils; operate commercial dishwashers and hand-scrub cookware.
- Remove trash and food waste, and maintain, clean, and store kitchen equipment and supplies.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic support tasks and report safety or maintenance concerns.
