About the job
Maintains hotel public spaces and floor pantries, supports room attendants, delivers requested items, and helps ensure guests have a clean and welcoming stay.
What you'll do
- Collects and removes trash and soiled linen; replenishes clean linen and guest supplies on each floor.
- Delivers requested items to guest rooms, assists room attendants with heavy lifting, and performs room attendant duties when needed.
- Cleans public and service areas according to department procedures and responds helpfully to guests and team members.
