Maintains hotel public spaces and floor pantries, supports room attendants, delivers requested items, and helps ensure guests have a clean and welcoming stay.
What you'll do
- Collects and transports trash and soiled linen; replenishes clean linen, amenities, and supplies on assigned floors.
- Delivers towels, cribs, cots, and other requested items to guest rooms; assists room attendants with room cleaning and heavy lifting.
- Cleans public areas, follows department procedures, and responds helpfully to guests and team members.
