Cleans and prepares guest rooms and suites to meet resort standards for cleanliness, comfort, privacy, and safety.
What you'll do
- Clean and prepare occupied and departure rooms, including changing linens, replenishing amenities, and removing trash and used linens.
- Inspect rooms, report maintenance or safety concerns, and accurately communicate room status.
- Follow guest privacy, key control, cleaning-product, safety, and Lost and Found procedures.
