About the job
Maintains and sanitizes guest rooms and assigned areas at a resort, helping ensure guests have a clean and welcoming stay.
What you'll do
- Clean and sanitize assigned guest areas; change and inspect linens and towels according to the Green Program.
- Engage with guests, support team cleanliness goals, and keep the work cart stocked and orderly.
- Use equipment safely, protect guests’ property, report hazards, and follow work schedules and room-issuance standards.

- Ability to work on your feet for an extended period and lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively and read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
- Ability to navigate carts weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces and operate cleaning equipment.
