Supports the Director of Housekeeping by managing housekeeping and laundry operations, staff, cleanliness standards, supplies, and costs at the resort.
What you'll do
- Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff; approve time, leave, and shift changes.
- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, resort walk-throughs, and service and cleanliness standards.
- Manage operating finances, payroll, expenses, equipment, and supplies; identify process improvements.
