What you'll do
- Coordinate daily workflow, distribute duties, assign rooms, and arrange coverage for callouts or increased occupancy.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas, hold staff accountable for cleanliness standards, and report maintenance needs.
- Train and supervise employees, coordinate with Front Desk staff, and assist with linen and supply inventory and performance evaluations.
