What you'll do
- Support housekeeping and laundry operations; inspect rooms and other areas for cleanliness and quality.
- Assign work, train and motivate team members, and maintain cleaning schedules and workflows.
- Update room status in the property management system and respond to guest needs while coordinating with other departments.
